My top 5 drinks that I like...
1! Tea- whether it's green, white, or even jasmine, tea is definitly one of my favorite drinks. When it's icy cold it has just a super awesome taste, and when it's hot it just warms up your whole body with a natural type of feel.
2@ Juice- juice is usually good for you, and most of the time it tastes great to. However, i could live with out cranberry juice.
3# aide's- poweraide, or gatoraide, I really like sports drinks too. I know the are not very good for you at all, with there tons of sugar, as well as calories. Yet, the electrolytes inside of them supposedly helps your body recouperate which everyone could use.
4$ Milk- I like milk out of a glass or out of a cereal bowl. Milk is the first drink u have when your born and has plenty of calcium and things to make you grow. chocolate, white, skim, or 2% i like them all.
5% Water- Usually water isn't the most likely choice for people, because it just has no taste; But when your done working out and your mouth is dry, begging for moisture. I always run for the water, because it tastes so deliscious at that point. It just seems to quinch your thirst so perfectly.

thanks for sharing your fave drinks. I like tea (both iced and hot--especially Constant Comment), but I prefer coffee for my morning caffeine. Do you like coffee? It's interesting you like skim and 2% milk. Usually people have a preference.
ReplyDeleteI like tea as well, only if it is extra sweet. My favorite however is the Arnold Palmer, which is a mix of sweet tea and lemonade.
ReplyDeleteLol I like Arizona Tea! The Mucho Mango and sweet tea mixed is my fav. However, water and juice would probably rank number one in my top 5
